How
It Works:
Paracetamol works mainly in the central nervous system,
raising the pain threshold and affecting the heat-regulating center of the
brain to reduce fever. Unlike NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), it does not reduce
inflammation significantly.

toxicity is a serious risk with overdose (even double the recommended
